As a former veteran, I understand the needs of veterans, and have been clear - we will work together, stand together with the Administration, but we will also question their policies when they shortchange veterans and military retirees. ↗

Cops are like a box of chocolates, you never know what you will get. 1) You may get the young rookie that thinks the more tickets/arrests they make will change the world 2) The seasoned level headed veteran that knows everyone makes mistakes 3) Somewhere in between the two A good policeman needs to be a jack of all trades. As efforts to fix this failure at the Veterans Administration continue, I also intend to persist in demanding answers and action on the establishment of a new clinic to serve the veterans in North Central Washington. ↗

In addition to demanding answers and accountability from the Veterans Administration, Congress had to act to ensure veterans do not suffer because of the actions of a federal agency. ↗
