People come out to see the players. When do you see a manager anyway? When he's out on the field arguing with the umpires, making a fool of himself and you know you can't win, and when he brings out the line-up card. ↗
It's getting better and better. You know, guys are feeling more comfortable and they are not afraid to speak up and be a leader. I mean, our team, we have 25 players, we have about 25 leaders, too. So whatever someone says, people listen. ↗
But at some point, we've got to have disciplined play and have got to coach better. I'm not putting it on the players. We've got to coach them to tackle and block better. It's as simple as that. If we can do those things, we'll have a chance. ↗
What we've seen this season is that if something that will enhance performance is available, some players will indulge... unless the penalty is an absolute deterrent. ↗
I had no idea until I joined the games industry and met some of the power players, particularly those running large public companies, that much of this world is run by complete clowns. ↗
I'm not a person or a selfish player, but we have to move the ball more, and we have to look further the team game, because we have enough talent to use different players. ↗
