When I turned 30, due to my father's heart history and my family genetics, I vowed to start seeing a cardiologist every year and just really be proactive and take my own heart health into my own hands. ↗
You don't have to know people personally for them to be role models. Some of my most important role models were historical or literary figures that I only read about - never actually met. ↗
I never refused an autograph, never refused to buy someone a drink. Now I'm learning to say I've got other things on, instead of doing it and wondering why. ↗
