I always take working out seriously, but before a shoot I do extra sit ups and squats. I also eat more vegetables and drink a ton of water, because it really helps my skin glow. ↗
I get into certain yoga positions at times, when I'm working out and for exercises. I use a little of it in some of my meditation, but I chant now and that sort of replaced it. ↗
When I am working it is up early and coffee and 15 hours of being on the set. When I am not working, it is up late and coffee, golf or softball and hopefully a ball game on the television. ↗
