The most difficult thing for me has always been constipation. Ever since I was little, I had a hard time going to the bathroom to poop and would spend a solid half hour or more trying to push it out.
Pooping is one of the things that I have always feared doing because it was painful every time I tried. There have been occasions when I was so constipated that when I finally did poop, there was blood. Not every time but sometimes.
When I needed to poop, I would bite down on something such as a towel, book, etc. in order to avoid screaming and alarming everyone in the house. Since it was related to poop, I usually did everything I could to conceal the fact that I was having such problems since I did not want to explain to my mother that I have had problems shitting for years.
My mother eventually took notice and was concerned. It was not until I was trying to poop one day that my mother came in the bathroom and saw me squatting over the toilet. After I finished shitting, my mom and I had a long discussion about how long this had been going on for and why I hadn't told anyone so we could have the issue resolved. My response to her question was "I was embarrassed," so my mom began researching and making remedies to soften up my shit.
Despite trying various home remedies, including prune juice and castor oil, she ended up seeing a doctor who prescribed laxatives for me. There is no doubt that those things worked. To this day I still have constipation issues, but overall, I've gotten much better without using laxatives.
Since I've gotten older, I've realized that people have natural issues with constipation and I'm not the only one in the world who has them. I used to be so ashamed to tell people about it in situations where there was no other choice.
To anyone facing the same situation, here is some advice. It is very important to speak up about your constipation so you can get the medical help you need. Constipation can lead to other serious health issues, so don't feel ashamed about talking about it.
Regardless of how annoying it might be, everyone shits, so if they judge you because you have shitting issues, may they one day experience constipation to better understand how you feel.

I am sick right now, got a cold and I just feel terrible.
Got a bad nasal congestion and I have to sneeze every few minutes. It's just disgusting, I need around 5 tissues in half an hour, I always use them until they are really wet and full with snort. But because I am not able to stand up at the moment (I feel very weak), I throw the tissues out of my window, which is right next to my bed. Those tissues land in the garden of my neighbour, I hope he will forgive me.
A fly landed on a tissue I masturbated into and I was thinking "ha dirty little bastard I hope it doesn't get pregnant". Had a giggle to myself but now the fly keeps flying round the room and landing on me I don't want to kill it ha.
So I met this person online, maybe December or November? Well yea I thought they were pretty chill so I asked to be friends with them, they said yes. I talked to them everyday starting from then, they played a game I played too so what id do was wait till they were online in that game instead of contacting on social media since they were sorta inactive there. Waited till 4am once, yeah was not mentally okay. On valentines day, I asked them to be my platonic valentine (excuse to say I had a valentine haha) and they agreed! Was psyched, after that we flirted alot. I said 10 fucking pickup lines in a row without them replying. Tell me you have attachment issues with telling me you do. I imagined fake scenarios with them, dirty ones included and I have no regrets lol. Then I found out their appearance and holy shit did it make me even more crazy about them. Shoulder length hair, 6,0, rings, nice hands, black clothing most the time and dark brown eyes. She was so pretty and I was absolutely starstruck. Then there was me, a 5,6 asian pansexual woman who sits in front of a screen 24/7. One pickup line (a more recent one) let me find out that im allowed to call them mine. We are still only friends keep in mind. A flirtationship was what I assumed it was and the urge to confess was unreal. My biggest peeve about this obsession was..pretending they were my partner when meeting new people, not sure if other people do this. Its so fucking silly lmao and I regret it so much, I also dont, it felt nice haha. The fake scenarios got bigger and bigger, pretending we went on dates and guess what? I plan on confessing on their birthday next year if I buck up the courage to. Probs won't but I hope they know I love them. I make it clearly fucking obvious im into them so im waiting for a good time. They send me websites on how to get better if im ill, they help me, flirt with me, tease me and care for me. Partner material. So uhh if you're 5,11 but 6,0 with good shoes and you think you know who this is, hi. I like you lol. Praying they dont find this though aha. Thanks for listening to my cringe obsession phase story time. -A.T
