After the match Jericho outlined how he would remain supreme against WWE Hall of Famers at WrestleMania XXV. His other son Kevin has dabbled in professional wrestling as both a referee and wrestler under the names "Kevin Christian" and "Freddie Gilbert" the latter of which was used during a stint as the "brother" of Eddie Gilbert.

Overall Lawler has held more championships than any other current WWE wrestler though he has never won any WWE championships since joining the company. He is currently signed to WWE working as a color commentator and occasional wrestler.
