Al Qaeda is on the run, partly because the United States is in Afghanistan, pushing on al Qaeda, and working internationally to cut off the flow of funds to al Qaeda. They are having a difficult time. They failed in this endeavor.

After redistricting Royce will be running the 39th District. He and has been especially involved in policy regarding North Korea working on issues such as human rights counterfeiting of U. Royce's district includes Fullerton which has a large population of Korean immigrants.
