These smugglers, many of them present in trafficking through my State of Arizona, create false Social Security cards, false green cards, visas and a variety of other fraudulent documents as an essential part of their smuggling activities.

In 2006 he cosponsored H. Citizens Against Government Waste considered him a "Taxpayer Hero". He served in the Arizona Air National Guard from 1969 to 1975 and was a lawyer before becoming a special counsel to the Arizona state House Republican caucus 1991–92.
