God loves us. He's watching us, he wants us to succeed, and we'll know someday that he has not left one thing undone for the eternal welfare of each of us. If we only knew it, there are heavenly hosts pulling for us -- friends in heaven that we can't rememer now, who yearn for our victory.

In 1930 Benson moved to Boise Idaho where he worked in the central stake extension office connected with the University of Idaho Extension Service. Succession to the presidency of the church is by chronological order of ordination to apostleship allowing Spencer W. 1969.

Ezra Taft Benson (August 4 1899 – May 30 1994) was an American farmer and religious leader serving as the thirteenth president of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (LDS Church) from 1985 until his death and was United States Secretary of Agriculture during both presidential terms of Dwight D. Eisenhower.
