Frank Cady

Buried Meridian United Church of Christ Cemetery Wilsonville Oregon. Cady studied journalism and drama at Stanford University where he was involved with the campus humor magazine the Stanford Chaparral. He had a small non-speaking role seen mostly in long shot in one of Alfred Hitchcock's most prestigious films Rear Window (1954) portraying the husband of the woman who owns a dog which is raised and lowered to their apartment window in a basket.

Frank Randolph Cady (September 8 1915 – June 8 2012) was an American actor best known for his recurring and popular role as storekeeper Sam Drucker in three American television series during the 1960s: Petticoat Junction Green Acres and The Beverly Hillbillies.
