Kahn proved his ability to analyze mathematically and scientifically the problems that were constantly presented. Shortly thereafter the house was sold to the Convent of the Sacred Heart an independent Catholic girls school.

Otto Hermann Kahn (February 21 1867 – March 29 1934) was an investment banker collector philanthropist and patron of the arts.
