I enjoy catching our show whenever I can. It does get very weird to watch myself, it's always been that way, but at the same time, it's part of my job to see what kind of job I'm doing and to get a perspective on where I'm taking the character.

After attending Hemet High School until 2003 Lafferty enrolled in California State University Long Beach. Production began on May 18 2008 in Coalville Utah and Magna Utah on a $4 million budget. Lafferty has received four Teen Choice Award nominations for his stint on the series.

He is best known for his portrayal of Nathan Scott on The CW Teen Drama television series One Tree Hill.
