I'm in this band to give volume to various struggles throughout the world. To me, the tension in this band is a minimal sacrifice.

The band played in front of an EZLN backdrop to the largest crowds of the festival. On April 14 2007 Morello and de la Rocha reunited on-stage early to perform a brief acoustic set at House of Blues in Chicago at the rally for fair food with the Coalition of Immokalee Workers (CIW).
