I loved school, I loved putting on my uniform and doing homework every day. I was one of those good students that the teachers liked. I guess that's got to be a pretty nerdy, geeky part of me.

In November 2011 Yvonne Strahovski was cast as the female lead in I Frankenstein. Strahovski appeared in the 2011 film Killer Elite alongside Jason Statham Clive Owen and Robert De Niro. Although Yvonne Strahovski portrays an American in the series Yvonne Strahovski briefly spoke in a "Hollywood" Australian accent in the episode "Chuck Versus the Ex".

She is featured in season 7 of the Showtime series Dexter as Hannah McKay. After graduating from the University of Western Sydney Yvonne Strahovski featured in a number of Australian television shows. She then starred as CIA Agent Sarah Walker in the American television series Chuck a role for which Yvonne Strahovski is widely known.
