Como Jo Stafford the Lloyd Shaffer Orchestra and the entire "Supper Club" crew made the flights for the shows. Como had numerous Christmas television specials beginning on Christmas Eve 1948 and continuing to 1994 when his final Christmas special was recorded in Ireland. They raised three children Ronnie David and Terri with traditional non-show-business values.

Como has the distinction of having three stars on the Hollywood Walk of Fame for his work in radio television and music. His television shows and seasonal specials were broadcast throughout the world. During a career spanning more than half a century he recorded exclusively for the RCA Victor label after signing with them in 1943.
