He has also appeared in roles on Wonder Woman and most recently in The Division. Ted Shackelford (born June 23 1946) is an American actor. On February 2 2006 Shackelford joined the cast of the daytime soap opera The Young and the Restless as Genoa City district attorney William Bardwell.

He is best known for his role as Gary Ewing on the CBS television series Knots Landing in which he starred from 1979 to 1993.
